Postnatal Yoga - Reclaim your midsection!


Hi!

This is the second video in our series on postnatal yoga. This is guaranteed to bring back strength and tone to the abdomen.

There are general guidelines for postnatal yoga that are outlined in my previous blog post 'Postnatal Yoga - Recenter and Ground'. Make sure to have a look at those before you begin.

 

 

The poses demonstrated in the series are:

Parighasana - Gate Pose
Urdvha Prasarita Padasana - Upward Expanded Legs Pose
Parivritta Parsvakonasana - Revolved Side Angle Pose
