Prenatal Yoga: Open the hips and Energize the body with Yoga
Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 01:38PM This a series of poses I found very beneficial throughout all stages of pregnancy. It invigorates the body and prepared the hips for labor as well. The props that are recommended are listed below.
Purporse of the props:
chair - to help keep the bent leg at a right angle
blanket (optional & based on height) - to help keep the bent leg at a right angle
sticky mat one - to prevent slipping of the blanket
sticky mat two - to prevent slipping of the legs
