Yoga for Pregnancy

Hello

Our focus for this month is on Yoga for Pregnancy.

These videos and picture were taken in the very last trimester of a pregnancy which I enjoyed basically symptom free because or yoga.

It is my intention to share with you some of the poses that helped me achieve that.

Yoga can definitely make pregnancy easier and also help you get back into shape after your baby is born

Wow, I did lots of pre and POST Natal yoga. If I hadn't, I probably would not have had natural childbirth and would have take a lot of meds! Including an epidural. Yoga kept me flexible and all the breathing techniques helped me focus the "pain" and not indulge in it, but manage it! Yoga for pregnancy is the BEST!
